I bought under an unregistered sale contract — do I own it?

Title to real property in Jordan passes only on registration at the Department of Land and Survey. An unregistered contract creates a personal obligation against the seller that can be enforced or compensated, but it does not make you the owner as against third parties. The remedy is an urgent court application before the seller disposes of the property.

My tenant neither pays nor vacates. What can I do?
